Grilled Chorizo

Ingredients
- 200g of chorizo
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 1 basil leaf
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- Slice the chorizo thinly and set aside.
- In a pan, heat a bit of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown.
- Add the chorizo and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
- While the chorizo is cooking, prepare a marinade with lemon juice, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and basil and bay leaves.
- Once the chorizo is cooked, remove from heat and marinate it for 10-15 minutes.
- Finally, grill the chorizo on a plancha or a grill for a few minutes until it becomes crispy.
- Serve it hot with lemon juice and basil leaves for garnish.
