Ingredients

  • 200 g of Gravlax fish (usually salmon or trout)
  • 100 g of sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 50 g of onion, chopped
  • 100 g of fresh cheese, cubed
  • 50 g of parsley, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of bread, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Prepare the Gravlax by cutting it into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Gravlax with sweet potatoes, onion, fresh cheese, parsley, eggs, crumbled bread, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well until you get a homogeneous paste.
  4. Form a ball with the obtained paste and briefly immerse it in hot oil.
  5. Fry the Gravling Cake in hot oil until it is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Drain the Gravling Cake and serve hot with soy sauce or tomato sauce.
