This traditional sweet from the Jazan region in Saudi Arabia is a crunchy delight with a rich almond flavor.

Ingredients
- 200 g of almonds
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 100 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of caster sugar
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
Method
- Take the almonds and blend them until you get a fine powder.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, oil, cinnamon, and water.
- Add the almond powder and mix well.
- Form balls with the obtained dough and dip them in honey.
- Roll them in powdered sugar and sesame seeds.
- Let them dry on a baking paper for at least 2 hours.
- Serve the gheibn fresh or store it in a closed container.
