Ingredients

  • 200 g of almonds
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 50 g of flour
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds

Method

  1. Take the almonds and blend them until you get a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, oil, cinnamon, and water.
  3. Add the almond powder and mix well.
  4. Form balls with the obtained dough and dip them in honey.
  5. Roll them in powdered sugar and sesame seeds.
  6. Let them dry on a baking paper for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve the gheibn fresh or store it in a closed container.
