A delicious grilled meat dish, originally from Japan, with a unique Fukushima twist.

Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 100 g of lamb
- 100 g of pork
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- Cut the meat into 2x2 cm pieces, mix with chopped garlic, chili powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a bay leaf.
- Prepare a lit charcoal and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Grill the meat pieces on a charcoal grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot, accompanied by grilled vegetables.
- Finish the dish with a slice of lemon for a fresh touch.
