Ingredients

  • 500 g of beef
  • 100 g of lamb
  • 100 g of pork
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 bay leaf

Method

  1. Cut the meat into 2x2 cm pieces, mix with chopped garlic, chili powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a bay leaf.
  2. Prepare a lit charcoal and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Grill the meat pieces on a charcoal grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked to your liking.
  4. Serve hot, accompanied by grilled vegetables.
  5. Finish the dish with a slice of lemon for a fresh touch.
