  • 100g of flour
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Balsamic vinegar for serving

Method

  1. Prepare the Labrador fish eggs by washing them thoroughly and shaking off any excess residue.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  4. Dip the fish eggs in the flour-breadcrumb mixture, then in the beaten egg, making sure they are fully coated.
  5. Fry the fish eggs in hot oil until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain the fish eggs with a slotted spoon.
  7. Serve the crispy fish eggs with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and chopped parsley.
