Ingredients
- 400 g of fresh shrimp
- 200 g of roasted octopus
- 100 g of mussels
- 100 g of canned salmon
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 50 ml of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fava bean sprouts
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Peel the shrimp and cut them into small pieces.
- Peel the octopus and cut it into small pieces.
- Rinse the mussels and drain them.
- Cut the onions into cubes and the tomatoes into dices.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp, octopus, mussels, and canned salmon.
- Mix well and add the onions and tomatoes.
- Finally, add the fava bean sprouts and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
