Ingredients

  • 400 g of fresh shrimp
  • 200 g of roasted octopus
  • 100 g of mussels
  • 100 g of canned salmon
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fava bean sprouts
  • Chopped parsley

Method

  1. Peel the shrimp and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Peel the octopus and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Rinse the mussels and drain them.
  4. Cut the onions into cubes and the tomatoes into dices.
  5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the shrimp, octopus, mussels, and canned salmon.
  7. Mix well and add the onions and tomatoes.
  8. Finally, add the fava bean sprouts and chopped parsley.
  9. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
