  • 4 sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 avocados, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon guinea pepper
  • 1 tablespoon palm vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1 lemon, sugar to taste (optional)

Method

  1. In a pan, heat the palm oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden.
  2. Add the cubed sweet potatoes and sauté for about 10 minutes, or until they become soft.
  3. Add the guinea pepper, finely chopped ginger, and chili, stirring well.
  4. Add the cubed avocados and lemon juice, gently mixing.
  5. Add the salt and palm vinegar, mixing until you achieve the desired consistency.
  6. Serve hot as a side with rice or chicken.
