Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 avocados, cubed

- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1 lemon, sugar to taste (optional)
Method
- In a pan, heat the palm oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden.
- Add the cubed sweet potatoes and sauté for about 10 minutes, or until they become soft.
- Add the guinea pepper, finely chopped ginger, and chili, stirring well.
- Add the cubed avocados and lemon juice, gently mixing.
- Add the salt and palm vinegar, mixing until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve hot as a side with rice or chicken.
