Ingredients

  • 200g of eba
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 onion
  • 200g of peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Palace vinegar to taste

Method

  1. In a pot, put the eba and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In another pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it turns golden.
  3. Add the peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chili pepper, herbs, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked eba and its broth to the pot with the pepper sauté. Stir well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with palace vinegar to taste.
