Ingredients

  • 200 g of chontaduro
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 packet of gelatin powder

Method

  1. Peel and cut the chontaduro into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chontaduro with sugar, milk, and water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cool down.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water and mix well.
  5. Add the gelatin to the chontaduro mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the panna cotta into molds and let it cool and set in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve cold and garnish with pieces of chontaduro.
