A delicious chontaduro panna cotta with a Caribbean taste.

Ingredients
- 200 g of chontaduro
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 200 ml of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 packet of gelatin powder
Method
- Peel and cut the chontaduro into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chontaduro with sugar, milk, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cool down.
- Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water and mix well.
- Add the gelatin to the chontaduro mixture and stir well.
- Pour the panna cotta into molds and let it cool and set in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold and garnish with pieces of chontaduro.
