A classic Danish dessert, chocolate panna cotta with pear slices is a creamy and sweet delight.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 packet of gelatin powder
  • Powdered sugar for decoration
  • Whipped cream for decoration

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate with the cream and sugar in a bowl over a bain-marie.
  2. Arrange the pear slices on serving plates.
  3. Soak the gelatin in cold water and dissolve it.
  4. Add the gelatin to the cream and chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the panna cotta over each pear slice and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, decorate with powdered sugar and whipped cream.
  7. Serve cold.
