Ingredients
- 1 kg of hard wheat flour
- 700 ml of warm water
- 10 g of yeast
- 20 g of butter
- 150 g of grana cheese
- 100 g of provolone cheese
- 500 g of canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix the yeast with warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with salt, then make a well and pour in the yeast and water.
- Add the butter and knead the dough until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Let the dough rise, covered with a damp cloth, for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the tomato sauce by adding olive oil and salt.
- Roll out the dough on the pizza pan, forming a bowl shape.
- Add the tomato sauce, grana cheese, and provolone cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden.
