This Malaccan dish is a delightful mix of charcoal-cooked vermicelli, vegetables, and soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 300g of vermicelli
- 100g of shrimp
- 200g of prawns
- 2 onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of shoyu sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
- Oil for frying
Method
- Rinse the vermicelli and drain. Rub with a bit of oil for frying.
- In a pan, sauté the shrimp and prawns for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
- In a second pan, sauté finely chopped garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced red bell peppers and spring onions, sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Add the vermicelli with the vegetables to the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, shoyu sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce, stir well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with vegetables and meats.
