Blåbärssoppa

Ingredients
- 200 g of fresh blueberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 2 mint leaves
- 100 g of cream
- 1 teaspoon of caster sugar (for the cream)
Method
- Wash and pick the blueberries, then put them in a pot.
- Add water, sugar, and rum, bring to a boil.
- Boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mash gently with a masher.
- Add milk and cream, stir well.
- Whip the cream to get a creamy consistency.
- Add caster sugar and mint leaves.
- Serve hot, topped with a spoonful of cream.
