Bibim Mandu

A dish that combines the delicacy of stuffed dumplings with the fiery spark of a spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 grams of rice flour
- 100 grams of ground beef
- 100 grams of soft tofu
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped kimchi
- 4 tablespoons of gochujang sauce
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 50 grams of fresh watercress
- 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds
Method
- Mix the rice flour with lukewarm water until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
- In another bowl, mix ground beef, soft tofu, finely chopped kimchi, crushed garlic cloves, and gochujang sauce for the filling.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out using a butter knife to create thin circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, gently seal it to form dumplings, and cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the mandu hot with fresh watercress on top and roasted sesame seeds.
