Ingredients

  • 4 beef ribs
  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 2 kg of veal ribs
  • 1 kg of lamb ribs
  • 200 g of asado spices
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 chili pepper

Method

  1. Prepare the ribs and pork ribs, cutting them into equal-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the asado spices, water, garlic clove, and bay leaf.
  3. Marinate the meat pieces in the spice mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare a charcoal fire and grill the meat pieces, turning them frequently.
  5. In a wok basket, place the onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini, lemon, and chili pepper.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked.
