A colorful and flavorful dish typical of Cartagena's coastal Colombia, combining rice with chicken and various seafood.

Ingredients
- 200g of rice
- 200g of chicken, cut into pieces
- 100g of shrimp
- 100g of mussels
- 100g of oysters
- 100g of clams
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200ml of chicken broth
- 100ml of white wine
- 100ml of lime juice
- 100ml of palm oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a pan, heat the palm oil and sauté finely chopped onions and garlic.
- Add the chicken and cook until well done.
- Add the chicken broth, white wine, and lime juice, bringing to a boil.
- In another pan, cook the seafood for a few minutes until open.
- Transfer the seafood into the pan with the broth and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until the rice is al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
