Argentinean Chorizo Steak
A classic of Argentinean cuisine, the Bife de Chorizo is a delightful grilled steak filled with spiced meat.

Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks (about 400g each)
- 500g of ground beef
- 100g of raw chorizo
- 50g of beaten egg
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- olive oil

Method
- Mix the ground beef with chopped onion, minced garlic, spices, and beaten egg.
- Cut the raw chorizo into thin strips.
- Insert the strips of chorizo into the center of the beef steaks.
- Fill the steaks with the ground beef mixture.
- Refrigerate the steaks for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the center is warm.
- Serve hot with salt and black pepper.
