Ingredients

  • 200 g of toasted almonds
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Method

  1. Take the toasted almonds and blend them in a mixer until you get a fine powder.
  2. While the almond powder is cooling, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla powder, and baking soda.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the butter and milk.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Finally, add the almond powder and stir gently.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the surface is golden.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
