Zakuski

Ingredients
- 100 g of salami
- 100 g of cooked ham
- 100 g of robiola cheese
- 100 g of grana cheese
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 100 g of fried artichokes
- 100 g of fried potato chips
- 100 g of carrots, diced
- 100 g of cucumbers, sliced
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 100 g of pickled cucumbers
- 100 g of pickled gherkins
Method
- Slice the salami and cooked ham.
- Slice the robiola and grana cheeses.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the red onion for 5 minutes.
- Fry the artichokes and potato chips.
- Dice the carrots and cucumbers.
- Slice the smoked salmon.
- Blanch the pickled cucumbers and gherkins in salted water.
- Arrange the various ingredients on a serving platter, alternating different items.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh taste.
