A classic and delicious Yorkshire bacon sandwich, rich with crispy bacon and seasoned with sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 100 g of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cherry jam
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Oil for frying
Method
- Fry the bacon pieces in a pan with a little oil until they become crispy.
- Arrange the slices of bread on a work surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of garlic sauce on one slice of bread.
- Add a tablespoon of cherry jam on another slice of bread.
- Place the bacon and a couple of lettuce leaves on a slice of bread.
- Close the sandwich with the last slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half to serve.
