Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cherry jam
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Fry the bacon pieces in a pan with a little oil until they become crispy.
  2. Arrange the slices of bread on a work surface.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of garlic sauce on one slice of bread.
  4. Add a tablespoon of cherry jam on another slice of bread.
  5. Place the bacon and a couple of lettuce leaves on a slice of bread.
  6. Close the sandwich with the last slice of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half to serve.
