Shrimp Tostadas

Ingredients
- 400 g of shrimp
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 onions
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Method
- Clean the shrimp and dice the onion.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Toast the tortillas and place them on a plate.
- In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, cucumber, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped red onion.
- Place the shrimp on top of the tortillas and cover them with the tomato salsa.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness of the tostadas.
