Ingredients

  • 400 g of shrimp
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g of tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Method

  1. Clean the shrimp and dice the onion.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toast the tortillas and place them on a plate.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, cucumber, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped red onion.
  5. Place the shrimp on top of the tortillas and cover them with the tomato salsa.
  6. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness of the tostadas.
