  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

  1. Prepare the pork chops by making a slit along the seam to facilitate cooking.
  2. In a hot pan with olive oil, cook the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side until well done.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice.
  4. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer until slightly reduced.
  5. In a separate pan, place the cooked pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to get them crispy.
  6. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and serve immediately.
