- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of cane sugar
- 50 g of almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g of peanuts, chopped
- 50 g of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of almond essence
Method
- In a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate, butter, and cane sugar over medium heat until everything is combined and melted.
- Add the almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate, and almond essence, stirring well.
- Set the mixture aside on one side of the pan to cool and solidify.
- Prepare a baking tray and line the bottom with a sheet of baking paper.
- Spread the chocolate mixture on one side of the baking paper.
- Allow it to cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
