  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 50 g of almonds, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of peanuts, chopped
  • 50 g of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of almond essence

Method

  1. In a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate, butter, and cane sugar over medium heat until everything is combined and melted.
  2. Add the almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate, and almond essence, stirring well.
  3. Set the mixture aside on one side of the pan to cool and solidify.
  4. Prepare a baking tray and line the bottom with a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Spread the chocolate mixture on one side of the baking paper.
  6. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
