Method

  1. In a bottle, mix the Lambrusco, cane sugar, wine vinegar, and lemon zest.
  2. Add the bottle of mineral water and stir well.
  3. Let the cocktail chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes and a slice of lemon to each glass.
