Ingredients
- 2 liters of water
- 200 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- 100 grams of apple sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 100 grams of cocoa powder
- 200 grams of ice
- Other fruits of choice
- Other spices of choice
Method
- In a pot, mix water, sugar, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and apple sugar together.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Cut the apple, lemon, and orange into small pieces.
- In a sno-ball machine, pour the cooled sugar solution and add the fruit pieces.
- Add the ice and cocoa powder.
- Turn on the machine and wait for the sno-balls to form.
- Remove and serve with choice of fruits and additional spices.
The story
