Ingredients

  • 4 slices of peameal bacon (about 5 oz)
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 3 oz of cheddar cheese slices
  • Maggi or seasoning to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Fry the peameal bacon slices in a pan with a little oil until crispy.
  2. Arrange the toasted bread slices and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each one.
  3. Place a crispy bacon slice on top of each slice of cheese.
  4. Sprinkle some Maggi or seasoning on each bacon slice.
  5. Top with the other toasted bread slice and serve immediately.
  6. Bake the sandwich in the oven for a few minutes if you prefer a melted cheese.
