Ingredients
- 4 slices of peameal bacon (about 5 oz)
- 4 slices of toasted bread
- 3 oz of cheddar cheese slices
- Maggi or seasoning to taste
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry the peameal bacon slices in a pan with a little oil until crispy.
- Arrange the toasted bread slices and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each one.
- Place a crispy bacon slice on top of each slice of cheese.
- Sprinkle some Maggi or seasoning on each bacon slice.
- Top with the other toasted bread slice and serve immediately.
- Bake the sandwich in the oven for a few minutes if you prefer a melted cheese.
